ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
As your Trainer, I’ll assess your body’s strengths and weaknesses and create a customized workout plan, coach you through client touch-base calls & monthly mindset meetings, client nutrition call, and FREE Nutrition Guide to help you meet your fitness goals. And you can count on me to be by your side every step of the way to ensure you don’t get injured while training. My sessions combine enthusiasm, knowledge, care, personalization, accountability and support. You’ll get the perfect combo of cardio, HIIT and strength training to maximize each session. You’ll also receive guidance to help you achieve the body you want while forming healthy eating habits while achieving weight loss, muscle gain, or speciality specific goals. All one-on-one sessions include VIP booking, private payment link, a FREE consultation, and FREE monthly check-in calls to set your goals and forecast for the next month. Train with me solo or with friends for a group session.
